Happiness has nothing to do with a smiley face. Anything to do with the body is temporary. Happiness is an inside thing..an inner reality…that arises when u give up identification with the false. You are in happiness when you deeply identify with your higher reality. Don’t let excitement distract you. Excitement is an emotion. Emotions are of the body not of the spirit

Would U fear an exam if U were prepared for it?

Have you ever feared an exam that you were prepared for? Obviously No! Death is an exam… Life is the preparatory school to prepare you for it by throwing you a wide array of experiences you desire not for holding on to them but to use them to realize who you are and to realize all experiences are transient and hence illusions.

 

Now if U wasted your time and did not learn the deeper lessons start now.

When you know who you are fear of death vanishes and the ego will die successfully which means there is no need for it to come back for there are no arrears to clean up.

Your are the most beautiful! Just Be Your Self!

Do you believe, or disbelieve or believe when it suits you?

You can’t choose to believe only good thoughts! Thoughts constitute the mind. Good thoughts and bad thoughts always coexist! They Validate each other as good and bad! If you believe the mind, you have to believe the good and bad thoughts! If you want to disbelieve and break free you must disbelieve the mind in its totality – freedom lies in this option!

Our Mind Is a Factory!

This is an analogy to help integrate Mind Body Awareness into your daily life!

When are you finishing your MBA?

Your mind is a factory of thoughts (desires) and much of these are from very ancient memories of your many lives! Depending on the state of affairs of thoughts this factory output will either be a healthy and happy output which will reflect as a healthy body. When you have good quality thoughts ( loving and compassionate) you will be healthy, selfless and compassionate! Also, when your quality of thoughts is good, you will progress fast in understanding and attaining Self Realization!

When the thoughts are chaotic the result is bad health, and so on!
When your thoughts are egotistic you will have fear, anger and many such negative traits that will eventually manifest as illness, sadness etc! Now what happens when in a factory things are out of order? You need to manage affairs and the manager has to be disciplined!

Here the manager is the mind and it must be disciplined by mindfulness. The power of Mindfulness is never to be under estimated! It stems from awareness and awareness is the CEO of all mind body factories!

From this perspective life is like progressing towards an MBA degree. As you evolve to a higher understanding of who you are, you tame the unruly mind manager by bringing him under the control of the CEO ( awareness). Its surrendering the mind (ego) to the universal CEO and when that is complete that’s an enlightenment ..an MBA degree from the school of life…

Don’t solve it…..

Try this sometime:

Relax first with conscious breathing till your relaxed.
Now shift your attention to either your belly or nostril whichever works for you to observe breathing comfortably…

What does comfortably mean?
Did you notice when you tried to watch your breath invariably you try to alter it and there is a disturbance…..
Observe breathing patterns at the belly and at the nostrils..just observe
Did you notice that erratic thoughts breath is irregular??
Did you notice that there is not an equal  use of right and left nostrils?

Lessons
Breath and mind are related!
When you watch breathing gradually mind becomes peaceful! Watching breathing is like applying clutch in your car to stop acceleration!

Question every breath now:
who is breathing?
Did you hear the ego (I respond) as “Me”
Question now the ” Me” with “‘Who Am I?”
Did you notice the breath (MIND) vanish into the heart?
Follow it as much and more and more each time…that’s taking yourself back to the source of not just You but the whole cosmos!.

As your meditative skill improves, and with blessings of the divine you will experience that in deep sleep as the world vanishes you exist not as a person or anything that can be described but as pure consciousness itself and from you arises the whole cosmos as a projection A dream that is projected and absorbed back like a spider!

Your perspective shifts immediately with such experience for you have been reconnected back to your divine higher self and you know and feel yourself in everyone and everywhere all the time….

Meditation and self knowledge lead you to love all for you are not just you. You are All!

Often we are thought in our daily lives how to get around obstacles, challenges and even rewarded for it but truly speaking every challenge, every obstacles, even boredom gives you an invitation to confront your mind and look within and wake up to your formless reality! Nothing in life is a waste of time! Everything is there to help you wake up!
