How do you feel when you dont pass stools?

Constipated right! A confused mind is a constipated mind!

Your mind also needs to pass out its sub conscious memories and that’s a job that YOU have to do. Most people avoid this by being over busy with life, work to try and get away from this clean-up job but if you dont clean it it will show up as diseases.

Yes! Prevention is possible!

Disease first works its way through the mind and the seeds of disease is your thought patterns. Like is the case of all things neglected, so is the consequence of neglecting the sub conscious child. It has a huge collection of memories you have not LET GO of and these block you from enjoying a free life. The imperative is your primary job is along with a dream clean this up. 

Its like we are all responsible to flush the toilet. First step is to get the memories out into your awareness through meditation, prayer, selfless service, doing your work with a sense of duty towards what is right. All these help and in addition as you read further down I will share a simple and effective cleaning practice.

Practices like meditation, pranayama, repeating the rosary, chanting a manthra and living a life of righteousness does the job of flushing off the memories and there can be no better LIFE INSURANCE than this.

The art of hooponopono is an ancient healing art and you can think of it like a simple set of phrases that “DELETE” memories or programs that you have acquired in your many lives ignorantly.

Your sub conscious is like these. Whatever you ” Liked” or “Hated” got recorded into the tape and you keep taking births till you erase “Likes” and ” Hates”.


The trick here is the in-between path. Its call mindfulness or awareness.

When you like something intensely keep this in mind..That makes you hate something as well.. do suck out the “Like” fuel by shifting your awareness to your breathing and watch the mind play itself out and dont be interested in the stories of the mind..

You can even Inhale ” I love you” and exhale ” Thank You” and do this for all things that you like and hate and soon you will see the exit door appear to you from nowhere.

Everyday at night before you sleep keep a diary and write the following phrases:

I love you

I am sorry

Please Forgive Me

Thank You

If you have a devotional bent of mind you can super charge these phrases by writing:

Write the name of your God or Teacher and the phrases and write it 108 times everyday at night and what this does is it sets the memories that are stuck loose and allows them to gently float upto your awareness and like bubbles they dissolve.

Your job is simple. Just WATCH. WATCHING IS SUPER POWER.

After you do this exercise dont do anything but just hit the sac and sleep on a light stomach. You will experience the toilet flush out lots of junk and you will be witnessing them without any disturbance and everyday you will get up feeling fresher and being a better person. Many of things you see as dreams are you many life experiences that are playing out and if they play out it is better they play out in the dream than in your office or at home.

Meaning of AUM and chanting it to neutralize memories:

AUM is the vibration of the Holy Ghost. It is a sound that exists of its own and chanting it connects you to it.When you focus on “A” the sound helps in manifesting desires, but instead if you make the “U” and M part last longer into the silence you push the memories from waking into dream and neutralize them without having to struggle with them in the waking delusion.

I thought of you when I read this quote from “Courage: The Joy of Living Dangerously (Osho Insights for a New Way of Living)” by Osho –

“Don’t call it uncertainty—call it wonder. Don’t call it insecurity—call it freedom   I am not here to give you a dogma—a dogma makes one certain. I am not here to give you any promise for the future—any promise for the future makes one secure. I am here simply to make you alert and aware—that is, to be here now, with all the insecurity that life is, with all the uncertainty that life is, with all the danger that life is. I know you come here seeking some certainty, some creed, some “ism,”somewhere to belong to, someone to rely upon. You come here out of your fear. You are searching for a sort of beautiful imprisonment—so that you can live without any awareness. I would like to make you more insecure, more uncertain—because that’s how life is, that’s how God is. When there is more insecurity and more danger, the only way to respond to it is by awareness. There are two possibilities. Either you close your eyes and become dogmatic, become a Christian or a Hindu or a Mohammedan …then you become like an ostrich. It doesn’t change life; it simply closes your eyes. It simply makes you stupid, it simply makes you unintelligent. In your unintelligence you feel secure—all idiots feel secure. His food was supplied, protection was given to him; there was no fear that he would be hungry next day and there would be no food—nothing like that, everything was certain. Now, suddenly, after many years the jailer comes and says to him, “Now you are going to be released.”He starts trembling. Outside the walls of the prison, again there will be uncertainties; again he will have to seek, search; again he will have to live in freedom. Freedom creates fear. People talk about freedom, but they are afraid. And a man is not yet a man if he is afraid of freedom. I give you freedom; I don’t give you security. I give you understanding; I don’t give you knowledge. Knowledge will make you certain. Obviously its No! Even if You tried to change the change might have been short lived simply because of a lack of conviction on a higher purpose of life.

This is a trap and often people get stuck here with trying to figure out ” Did the Chicken come first or the egg come first?”

You have to evolve yourself first to a Higher Level to be able to see New World!

Don’t Waste your time only earning a living. Doing the same thing in the same way wont teach you anything NEW. It is also worthwhile keeping in mind that physical activity has its limits. As we age, our physical levels of fitness cant be the same as that of a teenager. Hence that be taken in consideration, as you evolve in life the nature of things you do has to evolve from Action oriented life ( Youth – body centrist) to Mind over Matter ( intellectual)  and most people stop or get stuck there. There is something higher than mind….Its called consciousness.. It cant be seen but it can be experienced…and intuited…Intuiting this needs you to be deeply relaxed in life….and as part of evolution to this you must ensure you speak less and do more and what you do must help you evolve from I to We and from We to the Universal Self.


Life is a lab where you need to consciously experiment and test your defined purposes or values. Conducting a live experiment requires you to be fully present in the NOW and its OK to start with a hypothesis but its equally important to be open to the fact that your hypothesis could be wrong or invalid.

Any good experiment requires you to be non judgmental and that is a skill that we must nurture. Nurturing that skills involves like a gym workout a mental fitness workout.

You can call it meditation but I say avoid that word too as it can conjure in your mind all kinds of thoughts as well. Simply call it silent sitting.

The Method of Silent Sitting:

Sit reasonably still and comfortably without straining yourself and begin with bringing your distracted mind back home to the now…

It may sound silly but its powerful to remind yourself where are you sitting now ( the city, the lane, the road, the room and what sounds smells etc are in the room) and befriend them all.. dont fight them or complain.. as they say in Zen ( Don’t disturb the noise.. be within yourself calm and abiding). Several reminders are necessary.. Many people give up meditation quickly because they jump into it…and like sports if you dont do a warm up your going to have to drop out soon… This is the warm up.. Keep reminding and GENTLY fix your gaze at a point…and use part of your attention to just be aware of breathing entering and leaving the nostrils..


Your mind try to be over interested in control but dont control anything…the Invisible intelligence is in control.. remind yourself and let go and allow your relaxation to deepen..just enjoy the sitting still everyday and automatically you will find your attention settles on the breathing by its own choice and you will be awake….

Let thoughts rise and no matter what they are this is your chance now to DISOWN them by remembering GENTLY ” I AM AWARE OF THEM SO THEY ARE NOT MINE” ..

Even by doing this for one thought you have laid the foundation of letting Go and evolving into your higher Self

Your Higher Self is already in You.. The Spirit and it can unveil itself when you relax and allow it to take over your life…It does not mean actions wont happen. You may be surprised you accomplish much more with less effort and where effort seems to be involved its not hard its fun because you’re now in the flow…

How is it useful to be kind outside and not with your self? #meditation #leadership #hooponopono #lifeyoga 

Don’t forget to be kind to yourself!

Many people show or enact kindness outside but real kindness has to include You.


The obstacle to kindness towards your self is ignorance of who you are. A gross misidentification with the body as being the Self makes you hard, unloving to your self. 

Everything and everyone you meet is a reflection of what is going on in your sub conscious. Yes, be kind and help them but don’t forget you have the same problem as them in your thoughts somewhere. They showed up to teach you what’s going on in you and also to give you a chance to be kind and help instead of being judgemental.

Meditation is being kind to your self. Be aware of your thought patterns and how you judge yourself. Simple mindfulness will dramatically improve the quality of your relationships with people everywhere.

Look for lessons…what are your colleagues teaching you..especially the people you don’t like…do you see similar patterns in your life…

You will never change and be able to sustain change until you take owbership for your life. You have to make a choice be a complainer or lead by being 100% responsible.

The choice is yours. When no choice is made history will repeat and if you choose to make a conscious choice you will choose to be a leader.

Happiness has nothing to do with a smiley face. Anything to do with the body is temporary. Happiness is an inside thing..an inner reality…that arises when u give up identification with the false. You are in happiness when you deeply identify with your higher reality. Don’t let excitement distract you. Excitement is an emotion. Emotions are of the body not of the spirit
