Obviously its No! Even if You tried to change the change might have been short lived simply because of a lack of conviction on a higher purpose of life.

This is a trap and often people get stuck here with trying to figure out ” Did the Chicken come first or the egg come first?”

You have to evolve yourself first to a Higher Level to be able to see New World!

Don’t Waste your time only earning a living. Doing the same thing in the same way wont teach you anything NEW. It is also worthwhile keeping in mind that physical activity has its limits. As we age, our physical levels of fitness cant be the same as that of a teenager. Hence that be taken in consideration, as you evolve in life the nature of things you do has to evolve from Action oriented life ( Youth – body centrist) to Mind over Matter ( intellectual)  and most people stop or get stuck there. There is something higher than mind….Its called consciousness.. It cant be seen but it can be experienced…and intuited…Intuiting this needs you to be deeply relaxed in life….and as part of evolution to this you must ensure you speak less and do more and what you do must help you evolve from I to We and from We to the Universal Self.


Life is a lab where you need to consciously experiment and test your defined purposes or values. Conducting a live experiment requires you to be fully present in the NOW and its OK to start with a hypothesis but its equally important to be open to the fact that your hypothesis could be wrong or invalid.

Any good experiment requires you to be non judgmental and that is a skill that we must nurture. Nurturing that skills involves like a gym workout a mental fitness workout.

You can call it meditation but I say avoid that word too as it can conjure in your mind all kinds of thoughts as well. Simply call it silent sitting.

The Method of Silent Sitting:

Sit reasonably still and comfortably without straining yourself and begin with bringing your distracted mind back home to the now…

It may sound silly but its powerful to remind yourself where are you sitting now ( the city, the lane, the road, the room and what sounds smells etc are in the room) and befriend them all.. dont fight them or complain.. as they say in Zen ( Don’t disturb the noise.. be within yourself calm and abiding). Several reminders are necessary.. Many people give up meditation quickly because they jump into it…and like sports if you dont do a warm up your going to have to drop out soon… This is the warm up.. Keep reminding and GENTLY fix your gaze at a point…and use part of your attention to just be aware of breathing entering and leaving the nostrils..


Your mind try to be over interested in control but dont control anything…the Invisible intelligence is in control.. remind yourself and let go and allow your relaxation to deepen..just enjoy the sitting still everyday and automatically you will find your attention settles on the breathing by its own choice and you will be awake….

Let thoughts rise and no matter what they are this is your chance now to DISOWN them by remembering GENTLY ” I AM AWARE OF THEM SO THEY ARE NOT MINE” ..

Even by doing this for one thought you have laid the foundation of letting Go and evolving into your higher Self

Your Higher Self is already in You.. The Spirit and it can unveil itself when you relax and allow it to take over your life…It does not mean actions wont happen. You may be surprised you accomplish much more with less effort and where effort seems to be involved its not hard its fun because you’re now in the flow…

How is it useful to be kind outside and not with your self? #meditation #leadership #hooponopono #lifeyoga 

Don’t forget to be kind to yourself!

Many people show or enact kindness outside but real kindness has to include You.


The obstacle to kindness towards your self is ignorance of who you are. A gross misidentification with the body as being the Self makes you hard, unloving to your self. 

Everything and everyone you meet is a reflection of what is going on in your sub conscious. Yes, be kind and help them but don’t forget you have the same problem as them in your thoughts somewhere. They showed up to teach you what’s going on in you and also to give you a chance to be kind and help instead of being judgemental.

Meditation is being kind to your self. Be aware of your thought patterns and how you judge yourself. Simple mindfulness will dramatically improve the quality of your relationships with people everywhere.

Look for lessons…what are your colleagues teaching you..especially the people you don’t like…do you see similar patterns in your life…

You will never change and be able to sustain change until you take owbership for your life. You have to make a choice be a complainer or lead by being 100% responsible.

The choice is yours. When no choice is made history will repeat and if you choose to make a conscious choice you will choose to be a leader.

Would U fear an exam if U were prepared for it?

Have you ever feared an exam that you were prepared for? Obviously No! Death is an exam… Life is the preparatory school to prepare you for it by throwing you a wide array of experiences you desire not for holding on to them but to use them to realize who you are and to realize all experiences are transient and hence illusions.


Now if U wasted your time and did not learn the deeper lessons start now.

When you know who you are fear of death vanishes and the ego will die successfully which means there is no need for it to come back for there are no arrears to clean up.

Dead end and cliff ahead!!

Embrace boredom lovingly and awaken


We attempt our escape from boredom by trying to “innovate” new methods of “doing the same old stuff!” The Mind packages this escape attempt for you under the banner of creativity, innovation etc but eventually you will realize you can’t conquer boredom!

You have to surrender to it. The mind due to desires has an inherent wanderlust and they way to put an end to it is a dead end, or a cliff at the edge of which you have no choice but to make the leap with faith!

The body which is a part of the world is a figment of imagination much as the whole world and the story that propels it is! Since it is false it can’t excite and motivate you forever. It has to fail on those matters! When your wisdom ripens to realize that boredom is inviting you to break free and reclaim your true eternally happy nature, you will make rapid progress in that regard!
