Love those who can’t give you a monetary or emotional gain! Love those whom you despise! That is expansion of love! To love your friends is it an achievement! Its the ego’s time pass! How do you love people you don’t like? Don’t avoid them! Encounter them! When you encounter them dont hug them. That’s not love! Watch the stories that play in your mind during the interaction, the feelings, sensations, thoughts, breathing pattern changes and don’t fix! Just watch! You can even do this by remembering and reliving your encounters from memories! As you do so your reactions, stories, feelings, breathing will return to normal and parllely a healed relationship will be unfolding on its own!
