Mind and breath are related!
To be aware of thoughts initially watch your breath!
When you watch breathing you will become aware of thoughts! Be aware! Don’t be curious about them! Be aware of the feelings they produce and the reactions and the belief you have on them but don’t pursue them!
With time as you watch they won’t be strong enough to take your attention! That’s called letting go!
Eventually you will be able to watch thoughts effortlessly!
